It was late Sunday evening, with not much of a thought about dinner. After doing our household chores like dishes, feeding the pigs, chickens and the dog we were rather hungry. We didn't feel like making a huge dinner but wanted something somewhat homemade. Justin at first talked about pasta, but we dismissed it since we both thought we didn't have the ingredients. After researching for a few minutes on our handy dandy telephones, we realized that we had everything we needed (score!). So we set out making past dough, and since we had made Garlic Pesto Burgers for lunch we decided that we had to have ravioli stuffed with garlic pesto meat and cheese (yum-O). Here are a few pictures of what we did:

We had a great time make ravioli and we hope that we can continue to do this since it was so easy. It also a great way to enjoy each others company and spend some time together if your a couple with no kids, or you can have the kids help kneed and cut its rather fun!
